I don't normally post stuff like this, but I wanted to let other people know who are looking around for a hosting company. I ordered a dual xeon on Friday last and to my great surprise I got an email on Saturday to say it was activated. Before placing the order I was able to speak to someone on the phone and ask as many questions as I liked without them sounding like I was being a hassle. The server is up since Saturday now and I needed a reboot (my fault). Was done almost instantly. Any communication I have had with Versaweb has been excellent. They are both friendly and excellent technically.
